Heart in Nature began as a field recording project and has evolved into a living archive that bridges deep listening, ecological awareness, embodied stewardship, and cultural preservation. Rooted in the exploration of soundscapes as portals to expanded consciousness, this work highlights the profound connection between humans, the living Earth, and the ancestral wisdom held within age-old traditions.
I venture into rainforests, rivers, volcanic arenas, and untouched wild lands, spending countless hours recording the raw voices of nature—winds whispering through ancient trees, birds weaving sonic tapestries, waters singing their timeless songs. Alongside these natural symphonies, I collaborate directly with tradition-bearers worldwide, documenting the sonic heritage of spiritual-magic practices, giving center stage to the people behind sacred festivities.
When we listen deeply—whether to nature or to the voices of those who hold ancestral knowledge—we access languages we have forgotten but still understand. Heart in Nature serves as both an archive and an invitation: an opportunity to hear Earth's sonic signatures and humanity's living traditions, to remember our role as stewards, and to honor those who have sustained these practices for generations.
By making these sounds freely accessible, I hope to inspire awareness, reverence, and action—fostering cross-cultural dialogue, preserving intangible heritage, and supporting the regeneration of both natural ecosystems and cultural traditions that keep our connection to spirit and Earth alive.
